If I could give zero stars for this review I would. I'll start out by saying Eric said he would start on my vehicle at 230 but didn't start until 4. They were some slow movers so I went out there to pull my new wheels and tires out of the bed of the truck and took them around back to speed up the process. After God knows how long they finally finished mounting and balancing the new wheels and tires. Paul the gm doesn't have a corporate number for real complaints to be heard. Zandra changes the receipts to reflect how she wants it and claims the discount promised is there she just took it off my part. Even though the part is the same price she originally quoted. Jon the mechanic looks for rust instead of actually checking the vehicle. I have a receipt from 7 months prior getting a hub replaced and they want me to replace it again in the same spot, saying the prior paper is wrong.
