This realtor is a EXTREMELY decisive and unprofessional. STAY FAR AWAY! Military families beware she will attempt to take every hard earn penny she has from you, and she’s quick to accuse you of things she’s supposed to be responsible for. We’ve rented from legitimate businesses before, and this lady is the true definition of a CON ARTIST. Save your money and rent elsewhere.
By far the worst realtor I've ever worked with. Be sure you understand she works for the owner and has no interest of the tenant. Took my entire $1100 deposit, charged for frivolous cleaning, landscaping and even replacing things like light bulbs and filters that were brand new upon move-out. Inspection was not even provided to us until 60+ days after move out.Do NOT do business with her.
The worst rental experience ever. This lady charged me 1000 for not removing the contact paper under the sink, she never did the move out inspection with me after i called numerous times. I had to turn in the keys, so she waited until i left to go through the apartment and sent me a picture of a carpet stain and crack in the microwave that was there upon my movein.
