I’ve been going to this store since it opened some years ago. For a long time you could count on friendly customer service and a clean, functioning store. Lately every time I go the escalator remains broken down, today 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. The store had dirty floors, my cashier was unfriendly and even though I bagged all my groceries as I always do, couldn’t even be bothered to say have a nice day. No smile, nothing.
