I normally shop at Publix across the street but I was pickup Chinese in the same parking lot, and figured I would just run in quick to grab an item. Found out they are not enforcing the mandate to wear masks, and when I asked a manager about it he said they aren’t and was kind of rude about it. Also, as I was walking past the sandwich area there was an employee making food without a mask on. Do they not care about their employees or customers? Publix across the street is enforcing it. I saw a manager wearing his mask on his chin. When I pointed out this wouldn't be effective he told me "To mind my own business" despite the policy on the HT website saying they'd wear masks during the pandemic. Clearly thos managers comfort supersedes his customer's safety.
RecommendedGreat location& friendly helpful associates. The store had great lighting, and a lot of choices. Best of all, there are always great bargains, and the wine selection is awesome!
