Just had an amazing experience with the express lane (online shopping). Shelicia did the shopping and got everything on my list. She even chose all items with the best expiration dates and gave me a call to make sure I didn't want anything else added (I did). Then Cierra loaded all the groceries into my car. I use to love this Harris Teeter but for the last year not so much. Poor service and manager not listening to complaints.
Monday pizza deals, great customer service, and VIC deals are great especially through the week. Best staff!
