Don't hire people who don't have the skill set to interact kindly and professionally with customers! Jada shouldn't be assigned where she has to interact with humans or animals until she gets some training or a personality.
The only thing I hate is the construction but I love the people that work there. Great team.
ExpressLane is the best concept ever! I don't even have to get out of my car to pick up my groceries
Just had an amazing experience with the express lane (online shopping). Shelicia did the shopping and got everything on my list. She even chose all items with the best expiration dates and gave me a call to make sure I didn't want anything else added (I did). Then Cierra loaded all the groceries into my car. She told me not to get out and wouldn't even accept a tip. Both women were so nice and I am very happy with the service. I shop around town at several grocery stores but I must say... I use to love this Harris Teeter but for the last year not so much. Poor service and manager not listening to complaints.
