First of all customer service stinks. Why am I at the customer service counter listening to the heavy set woman with nails that are too long and are probably not acceptable with their dress code policy complain about how she needs another job and asking her friend is her job hiring. "I JUST CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE" she says as she's handing me my change from coupons that didn't double. Sorry but I didn't drive across town to receive customer service like this. I am literally standing in line for 15 minutes as management watches from overhead. Then I'm taken to self check out.
I love this store! The customer service is great, I use a shopping cart and they store it for me,the gentleman in seafood department on the weekends always is helpful. I go to the one on west market it Greensboro.
I go this location ALL THE TIME and I see it steadily going down hill. I used to go everyday for lunch because their subs are (or used to be) amazing. I also like the fact that they have fresh seafood. Today Ken was working the sub station and he ALWAYS has an attitude. I feel like if he doesn't like his job, then he should quit. Surprisingly this time Ken made my sub correctly. Then I walked over to the seafood section, rang the bell a few times and eventually left after waiting about ten minutes.
