I wish I could give them zero stars. Absolutely no humanity, I came here for an emergency appointment and they turned me away. I had scheduled the appintment in advance they would have let me know before they werent going to see me. I was in so much pain and they turned away the patient like that wasnt fair.
Front desk, nurses, and ultrasound tech were great. The provider I’m seeing is not. I’ve never had to follow-up with a clinician to remind them to review test results. Do not go here for care.
Kinda incredible that if you have obstetrician patients don't have baby changing stations at your restrooms, you either change in the floor or in your car
Came in to check for an ovaries, if I needed surgery, which I do. Heather was the best and her assistant student Katherine. They were both very helpful and sweet at the same time and to help me with my fear. I would recommend this place.
I literally just walked out of my appt. I waited for 30 minutes for the provider to even come in and speak to me. As I’m leaving she says something from her office, I just kept walking. We pay huge fees and health care costs for appts but then are 30 minutes late for an appt. Unacceptable. And I will fight any charges.
