Came in to check for an ovaries, if I needed surgery, which I do. Heather was the best and her assistant student Katherine. They were both very helpful and sweet at the same time and to help me with my fear. I would recommend this place.
I literally just walked out of my appt. I waited for 30 minutes for the provider to even come in and speak to me. As I’m leaving she says something from her office, I just kept walking. We pay huge fees and health care costs for appts but then are 30 minutes late for an appt. Unacceptable. And I will fight any charges.
This place is so slow. They expect you to be 20 mins early but then It takes forever for the doctor to come in. I am 30 mins into my actual appointment time (not including the early arrival) and have not seen the doctor at all.
Please don't go here if you value your health and fertility. I had a positive pregnancy test associated with some heavy bleeding. At 5 weeks pregnant, I called the appointment line and an unsympathetic scheduler told me I could have an appointment when I was 11 weeks pregnant. I was insistent that I needed an earlier appointment due to my symptoms.
