After just moving into a new place, I realized the A/C was out and the interior of the home was holding at 95. They were able to come out at a time that worked well for me. Dylan was very kind, polite and professional and had the issue addressed very quickly. He stuck around to make sure the house was cooling as it should and let me know that if I had any questions or concerns that I could reach out to him. My husband and I had issues with our AC unit not working properly. The unit was less than a year old so we called the warranty company and they gave us Harris Services contact information. We called and scheduled an appointment. A tech came out here December 30th 2021 to check the unit. We were charged $85 dollars for the A/C service fee, leak check $25, level unit $45, labor to add refrigerant $45 plus 3 lbs of refrigerant which was $150.
