I had a problem with an online order not arriving, and emailed their customer service team. They promptly offered to refund or re-ship. My replacement item was on its way to me the same day. No 3rd degree line of questioning, no hassle, no delay. Fantastic.
OK stores but horrid company behind it. Pretty typical for Australian retail they have horrific overseas support and misleading "exclusive" products designed to cheat the customer. They refuse to exchange products that are not fit for purpose as the sheets SIZE is carefully buried on the product's bag with a "code" on a label. Their "support" is based offshore as confirmed by their representative on a delayed, crackly line. AVOID.
Unable to find Bronson mens winter tops with short front zip this product may have been discontinued. Stock winter fashion appears to be very limited ea winter season sadly or buyer not interested in customer fashion demand..!!

Attention CEO Graham Dean Am just off the phone with the rudest customer service person I have ever experienced- I ordered something online and somehow their computer translated my address from 41 to unit 4 1-5 same st ! I filled in all the online forms required when it did not arrive as promised but no response so I phoned and Kelly said tough luck too late and thats the address they had!!!
