If you read the other reviews, you will have the gist of our experience as well. Chasing a company for order statuses (which was a blamed on the door manufacturer and Covid), just got old. It ended up taking 2.5x longer than originally promised. It would have been less upsetting if we didn't have to chase them for updates on the doors each time they missed another date. You ordered a custom door, it is not available from stock. The components of a custom made door are made in many different states. We are completing orders as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse. We, too are frustrated with the current state of affairs due to COVID . We have been fortunate to remain open to provide installations with a very limited crew and staff. Several manufacturers were/are shut down. This situation is out of our control.
