They will break the law they will charge you for things that didn’t be that wasn’t broken when you left took over 45 days to get some of my deposit back and they will try to prorate with a new tenant and which is breaking the law never use this group. One will never answer the phone when I try to call now they gave me some of my money back if I could give them a zero star review, I will the house I rented had cockroaches in it. Hopefully they told the new tenant. If not, that’s just wrong.
We loved our experience working with Ron! He was incredibly fast when we needed repairs or had questions. Great service and a high quality rental.
Another great experience with Ron, he was the Listing Realtor and easy to work with, understood typical Real Estate issues and helped keep the deal together and get us to closing table. Great Communicator.
The landlord is rarely available to his tenants. I've never been late on rent and still have to argue about getting work orders done in a timely manner. He has not time to address important issues like mold. Ron needs a team to help with all the task.
