Unbelievably, horrible customer service.Truly the worst I have ever encountered. They couldn't handle the simplest of requests or BOTHER to respond to multiple emails, texts, phone calls. Just totally inept. Very dissatisfied. They will cause you sleepless nights.
Very shady practices that are borderline unethical. Some of the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend staying far away from any property they manage.
