Unbelievably, horrible customer service.Truly the worst I have ever encountered. They couldn't handle the simplest of requests or BOTHER to respond to multiple emails, texts, phone calls. Just totally inept. Very dissatisfied. They will cause you sleepless nights.

Very shady practices that are borderline unethical. Some of the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend staying far away from any property they manage.

It’s been one awful experience after another dealing with this company. Ozzie is extremely unprofessional and I’m convinced he must be a family member of the owner. I’m mortified at the idea that younger soldiers may do business with them. I’m going to do my best to make sure they’re added to our banned list in order to protect soldiers and their families.
