These people are the absolute worst! Before you list your house with them do some research. They will refuse to return calls or texts about their listings. They will not show their listings. You may get a response like " go find a local realtor to view property"....horrible!
I had a great experience with the Harris'. They kept me informed of houses in the area I wanted. They had empathy with my need to move and got me into a beautiful home with no issues. I recommend them to whoever needs a home.
They gather as many application fees as they can then never run a background check and keep your money. These are scammers do not give them money.
