I just watched the owner of this business, and their “Harris Quality Automotive” branded large blue dually truck, drive like a complete menace for about 5 miles tailgating some car in the left lane of crowded, moving traffic on 54. They were constantly revving their engine, spewing smoke everywhere and jerking back-and-forth between lanes trying to intimidate this person into switching lanes.
