The entire staff is very unprofessional and will not respond to your requests. You will be unable to contact anyone by phone and your voice messages with not be answered. To get your medical records from them is extremely difficult and time consuming l will not recommend this provider to anyone

Don’t waste your time. Since January, I have four different Psychiatrist because they all left the company. This speaks on the company not to Psychiatrist cause why all of them leaving I see why now. I had to call four different times to make sure I get a new Psychiatrist. They was not on top of the job they talking about they don’t know when their staff leaving even if so, when you see that they left why do you don’t tell their prior clients why are you don’t try to get their client to have other psychiatrist. They are the worst. I've been working with one of their providers for over a year now. The office staff is nasty, condescending and not helpful. They let my medication run out. Even when I make a payment they do not make it their business to put in a renewal when I am out of medication. This is mentally dangerous and illegal. You can not go cold turkey on these types of meds. The office staff need to understand the needs of the patients and that sometimes keeping someone healthy is more important than the almighty dollar.

I just had the most condescending and frustrating tele- session with Jada Hudson DNP, as my regular therapist is having some kind of life emergency . I had a bad fall and broke 6 1/2 ribs and could not drive out of state like I usually do, and called to see if they could accommodate me somehow, as my appointment was nearing.
