I recently had the pleasure of working with David Harris Property Preservation LLC for a roofing project this past week in South Euclid, Ohio. As an out of State homeowner for a rental, finding reputable contractors is challenging beyond words. Best roofing company I've ever worked with. Had roof problems by chimney, causing water and mold damage to house. Business owner came out very next day to assess the situation. Less than two days later issue was completely fixed. Other roofers took weeks, and didn't do a good job. Not only was the situation addressed quickly and well, the communication was always top notch.
