not good Mr Harris did a home inspection in in a short order, The issue was he lied about water testing, he said he would do a preliminary dip test and also send it out and only did a dip test and charged $100. The radon test he charged $120 did not work and refused to do again or reimburse us. The structural analysis was fine, the mechanical was not. Used him several times and will always refer him. Attended the First-Time Homebuyer's Workshop, where he taught the home inspection segment. His presentation was the best, which I got a lot out of and later used him for my first home purchase. Would always refer him for friends and family.
