I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. With the Coronavirus going on we are trying to reschedule our vacation to a later date, not even get a refund. It's not safe to travel and with restaurants being closed I think one can sympathize with us on why we aren't going in 4 days. We stayed in Gulf Shores in early November this year. We used Harris Properties and stayed in their Sweet Beach Hime Alabama unit side B. We have a dog, so we brought him and as soon as we, the kids and the dog got out of the car, we soon realized we had goat heads (very hard stickers) stuck all over our pants and in our poor dogs fur and paws and pads. We want to make our guest's stay the most enjoyable experience; however, we know that things can arise and we attempt to resolve the guest's issues as soon as possible. There is a plant here in the area that is protected because of the sand dunes which is the sea oats.
