They went up on the rent $150.00 in the lest 12 mouths. 2 bed room is $745.00. When you try to call maintenance, you get a message about a full mailbox. Try calling management good luck you'll never get an answer. 24- Hour Emergency Maintenance will cost you $25.00 at least.
