What use to be. I lived there for years.The lady that built this and the trailer park sold it in approx 2005 during the mortgage boom. The trailer in the front is where the manager use to live. She intial sold the apts to one investor an the park to another , both mismanaged them and ran them into the ground. She ran this place soooo good, it was clean and quiet, any problems she handled it quickly. The trailer park was 55+ and the tenants were snow birds and fabulous neighbors.
