TODAY I VISITED THIS STORE FOR LUNCH. WE SAT THERE FOR 1 HOUR AND NEVER GOT THE PIZZA WE ORDERED, WE WERE GIVEN PLATES WITH DRIED ON FOOD ON THEM. WE WERE TOLD THAT SOMEONE IN THE KITCHEN HAD A MIX UP WHEN IN FACT THE WAITERESS FOGOT TO TURN THE ORDER IN. DURING THAT HOUR THE WAITRESS NEVER ONCE ASKED IF WE NEEDED ADDITIONAL DRINKS OR ANY THING ELSE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DINING EXPERIANACE I'VE EVER HAD. AND I WILL NO LONGER BE PATRONIZING HARRIS PIZZA.

scratch that!!! negative ghost rider....after being hung up in 6 times here to ask a question. and then go to Harris in Bettendorf and get rude service because we are "bigger" people and ask for a table not a booth. yep sure did walk right out and went elsewhere! our money spends just like skinny people!!
Good pizza but service is hit or miss when you dine in. Sometimes they’re great, others....we have to go to the counter to ask for drinks or the bill. Very inconsistent service, always consistently good pizza. We learned to order out instead of dining in.
I liked the bbq chicken nuggets and the mini taco appetizers. When they brought out fresh cheese pizza and sausage pizza it was better. The floor was completely wet by the soda machine. The salad bar was ok, but close to empty. We didn't have a waitress at all. I don't live in the Quad Cities just visiting, so not worried about it. But I understand other locations that are better.
went and got a pizza came all the way home it was completely burnt bad we call they said bring it back i drive all the way back over there asked if i got some sort of discount or free small pizza or anything for having to waste my time and gas and they wouldn't do anything that's how you make your customers happy right
We were there 6/10, 500pm... the management left a new waitress day 2 for her.. high and dry, on her own to wait on a good amount of ppl. The experienced waitress on break at a busy time. Manager epic fail & just maybe you should not be in charge of you cant assist new staff. There were a lot of pissed off ppl & some walked out... we will think twice before coming back
Inexcusable experience tonight at Harris in Bettendorf. Over 1.5 hours and still no meal. Our Server was on the verge of tears, said it was her second day and she was working alone. Doesn’t explain why other tables that arrived laters were served and getting their bills. Great pizza, but restaurant service is a nightmare.
Harris Pizza in Bettendorf is the best pizza in town!!!
