My experience with this law firm has been unsatisfactory. They contacted me while soliciting clients, believing I had a strong case since the car accident was not my fault. However, the assigned paralegal was difficult to understand, seemed defensive whenever I asked questions, and ultimately disappeared without explanation. I was then assigned a second lawyer who, while friendly, didn't seem particularly knowledgeable, especially regarding rideshare insurance. My experience with this firm is so so. I was contact by this law firm as they were pursuing clients and I fit criteria for a winning case if it was the car accident that was legally not my fault I was assigned a paralegal that I could never really quite understand but he was saying. Also he seemed very defensive no matter what I asked he seemed like he was being threatened so I was seeing afraid to even ask too many questions.
