Impossible to make an appointment they never answer the phone they don't return the calls. So we have to do their job and call them back to make an appointment!
I love Dr white and Kastle. They are on time, kind and I never feel rushed. I feel heard and respected and they are great with my kiddos!
My daughter was breaking out in red bumps after eating something and I tried reaching out to ANYONE in the pediatric department called at LEAST 20 times over the span of 2 hours. Ended up taking her to the ER. I love the doctors here but this is not the first time this has happened and it’s very aggravating.
Horrible trying to get a medication for my child refilled. Have been calling for a week, as have the pharmacy. Unacceptable!!
