I received a driving-without-due-consideration ticket in August 2024, well before I declared bankruptcy in the spring of 2025. Because the debt arose before my bankruptcy was filed, I believe it should have been included in my bankruptcy claim and addressed as part of the bankruptcy process. I completed my bankruptcy in the winter of 2026, and since that original ticket I have had no further tickets, driving issues, or problems with ICBC.
