Make sure you understand FULLY what you are signing up for. This company has made my situation MUCH worse than it already was. They are unsympathetic, unfeeling and aloof to your feelings and your situation. They're robotic to anything you are going through. If you have a complicated situation DO NOT USE this company. I am still dealing with the fallout that this company has got me in. I had to withdraw my proposal and with that, came other issues that they didn't tell me about. What a mess!
