I needed to leave my home to complete errands and discovered that the garage door would not open. After multiple attempts I called Dixie Overhead Door and explained the issue. I received an immediate appointment. Mr. Thomas Thompson and his colleague arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and installed the needed equipment. I placed a service call to have my garage door repaired. When they arrived they immediately said I needed a new door without even looking at the problem because of the age of the door. They never attempted to fix anything - they just went into sales mode. I called a different company to get a second opinion and they came out and knew exactly what needed to be done and repaired the door easily. What a waste of a “service” fee.
