The staff is always so kind and helpful. They are very informative as well. No matter what assistant I go to, I’m always left with a clear understanding of the progress that has been made with my braces, the nexts steps that they have to take and what will be checked for come my next appointment. I really appreciate that!

From the start, this practice has been accommodating, professional, cordial, courteous, and forthcoming. Dr. Harris and the staff are approachable and provide overall great service. Never have I've been disappointed in my 1.5 years of service. Great staff and location.
When I was looking for a place to get a replacement retainer, I was shocked to find somewhere that actually had a 5.0 rating. Not only that, but it was a 5 minute bike ride from Georgia Tech's Campus! After my appointment, I can confirm this rating is 100% deserved. I lost my retainer at 12:15 am, gave my information to the office by 12:30 am, got a response and confirmed my appointment by 9 am, uploaded all the necessary materials with ease, arrived for my 3:30 appointment at 3:05 and was done before 3:30!
