Noise is Horrible I can hear a dog in the other building 2 that barks non stop near the apartments that sticks out and you can hear this dog barking across the parking lot or if my window is open in building 1.I feel really bad for the neighbors.It's like the owners neglect the dog or leave it in a create all the time.It's ridiculous I am surprise they haven't done anything about it when they give tours or are walking around cause you can hear it everyplace.
