I gave birth here and had a good experience other than 2 nurses. 1 didn’t help me at all while I was freshly postpartum getting out of bed or to the bathroom. She also wouldn’t respond to me when I spoke to her. My room also wasn’t stocked. Another nurse was mean. She said she would throw out my medicine if I don’t take it. She also referred to my shoes as stinky. This nurse also told me I can’t take anything from my room. I didn’t get much to take home. Needless to say I won’t be back.
Kristen Vallery is just an amazing OBGYN! So thankful to have her there for both my pregnancies and my baby girls delivery! All of the nurses from 4/15- 4-517 were absolutely exceptional. Taking care of me postpartum and being gentle with my babygirl. I genuinely just felt so much love and respect, and they cared for me in a special way! I wish the nurses, my OBGYN and all the staff nothing but abundance and happiness! Thank you Thank you 🥰
I want to give a big Thank You to such an amazing and caring staff at this great health institution. We were vacationing in this beautiful state when my wife became suddenly ill. The paramedics took my wife to this hospital and from there she was admitted, I knew right away that she was in good hands, everyone was kind and attentive towards my wife and to me. I’ve always respected the care we’ve gotten at HEB Harris Methodist but not on the 30 th of July because of a condescending nurse. If I could give a rating less than one star. I would.
