Him and his staff are awesome never makes me feel like I’m not being heard I have many issues and he never overlooks any of them I’m grateful to God for a Dr like him pain can make you feel like giving up and sometimes we just want to be seen and heard and understood which they do

Sara/Sarah. Worse personality in the medical field I have ever encountered. No greeting, no name given, no concern for client interaction. Her favorite line to give (3 times already just with me) "I'll call you back as soon as I can". She NEVER will. You have to call her back and she'll never apologize for making you wait. She'll speak as if she's in a hurry so making you feel welcome is out the door the moment you start to speak with her. She'll make you feel as if she's so busy, you're bothering her.
