My first visit with Dr.Harris went well. He is a very good listener and addressed all my concerns. I felt comfortable with him, and his staff members. His nurses are kind and respectful. I look forward to seeing Dr.Harris again.
Sara/Sarah. Worse personality in the medical field I have ever encountered. No greeting, no name given, no concern for client interaction. Her favorite line to give (3 times already just with me) "I'll call you back as soon as I can". She NEVER will. You have to call her back and she'll never apologize for making you wait. She'll speak as if she's in a hurry so making you feel welcome is out the door the moment you start to speak with her. She'll make you feel as if she's so busy, you're bothering her. I have been seeing Dr Harris for the last 10 years after a back surgery that left me with chronic leg and back pain that was performed by another surgeon . That other surgeon would not take blame nore listen to me. Dr Harris took the time to diagnose my issues and listen to my concerns that will affect me for the remainder of my life. Gives me enough pain relief that I am functional, but not enough to end all the pain. Which I think is just about right.
Listened for the first few appointments, but never got pain relief. Went to him for over a year and did all the steps he wanted while never getting my pain relieved whatsoever. At the end I felt as if he didn’t believe me and we just kept doing the same thing over and over. First time seeing pain management and was the worst experience.
