This company has had some bad reviews however my experience has been positive. When circumstances put an account in their hands they worked with me on a pay plan. I was going to be 5 days late with payment due to a family tragedy I contacted them and Alissa assisted me because I am diligent about complying with arrangement. HarrisLoftus garnished my check for the principal once and was paid in full. Now 5 months later they are garnishing my check again for the principal again and interest. However, you cannot double dip for principal once it was paid and satisfied in court.

We recently discovered that Harris Loftus, specifically Sarah Lewis, filed a civil action against me in Cobb County, however, I am clearly not the correct individual.
