David said the quality of handling the procedures for him was excellent. He lives in Alaska. He had to have his vehicle shipped up there. There is only 1 ferry a week. They did everything in a timely manner. He was able to get his vehicle on the next ferry. He had the financing done in Alaska. They weren't able to touch the interest rate he could receive in Alaska. Like Doctor's service representative Mike Lyon has been extremely helpful in keeping our fleet in working condition. He goes above and beyond "the call of duty" and is a great asset to Harris Ford.

This company is ****. I came it to buy a vehicle. I filled out my credit application told me I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They just got it in so had to go through there check. I said ok. I was approved for it and would come back later to fill out paperwork. Called nest day was told I was not approved but could get into this other vehicle. We came in to drive the other vehicle. Took that one for a drive and liked it. went to fill out paperwork and then found out was not approved. They took the vehicle off the lot.... read more
