Absolutely horrible experience. I spoke with them last Tuesday for an initial consultation, expressed urgency that I needed to have this filed by the following Tuesday, got ALL of my information to them by Thursday afternoon, followed up with them Friday morning to see when we could have this file. Was told to give her a bit to get everything put in and have the file reviewed then she would reach out to set up a signing appointment. Didn't hear anything back that day.
