Bad experience. I want to start off by saying Cortney (the intake coordinator) was great. The lawyer Gordon has 0 idea what he’s talking about. Basically said I won’t get much for my case although I have an MRI confirming a major pec tear, physio letter, doctor letter, photos, videos, recorded conversations with the managers from the resort admitting negligence and more. Seems like unless it’s a $500,000 case he doesn’t want to take it. Don’t bother with them.
Reached out to this Firm back in October regarding an incident/Lead. After a couple weeks went by they said it would be best for me to contact them in January regarding my incident/Lead. After a couple months of waiting, I reached out in the beginning of January. They said they would get back to me. After a couple weeks of no contact, they said they were too busy to take my lead/request. Several months were wasted when they should’ve told me to seek other help back in October.
