I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful.
