I would give this business zero stars if that were an option. They lost an engraved watch that I inherited from my Grandmother. I took the watch in to get an estimate for fixing and extending the bracelet part. To my knowledge Harris did no work on the watch because I never got the promised estimate and never okayed any repairs or changes. Not only did Harris Jewelers never call me with an estimate, but when I finally stopped by the store to retrieve the watch, they couldn't find it.
