Had to do some time in a rehab facility after a few emergency surgeries. As I sit here waiting for my release to go home, I’m glad that I read the reviews and pushed to come here. Very attentive management team. Answered anything I needed answered and took care of any needs. The nursing staff all went above and beyond expectations. I love everything about this facility. The staff is very caring and attentive . I’m currently in the process of moving to another hall here which will be my permanent home and I’m very content with this decision. Harris Hill is rated as one of the top faculties in this area and I agree with that. The care is exceptional. All my issues and concerns are always addressed. My son said only the best for my mother.
I really like everything about the facility. I wish I could give 5 stars but my only complaint is cold food at times. The food is good but would be better if hot . My aids have all been lovely. This isn't my first time here and I'm still not disappointed with all my care needs. Very accommodating staff. 4 1/2 stars
The therapy was wonderful! This is really a nice facility compared to other facilities. I was treated with dignity and respect. I give Harris Hill 4 stars and I would recommend to others
This facility was always very clean. The therapy was great. Most of the aid and nurses were nice and very helpful just a few bad apples. But that's everywhere. I really enjoyed most of the meals 99 perfect of the time. My wife has been to many places and this is one of the best. I recommend this facility for your rehab needs
