This contractor was assigned by American Homeshield to fix an AC issue at my rental property. After holding me hostage and charging $299 for expedited shipping of a part from Carrier, they never fixed the problem for more than a week. I had to pay hotel costs to my tenant for that period. I had to call another contractor to get this fixed. Who's heard of $299 for expedited shipping? Be careful of their commitments and cost estimates. I would have given them zero stars if possible
Had John back to do repair on two other properties. He always is on time and goes the extra mile. Would not use any other company
John was responsive and answered my questions honestly. Will definitely use for my future heading and cooling needs.
