This review is a little long but I feel the details are important. My interactions for this installation were all conducted over the phone while traveling and my wife handled service in the home. When our original contractor-grade AC unit was rapidly failing during a summer heat event, I was able to contact Harris via online form on a Sunday evening and receive an early call back first thing Monday.
