Had Harris put in new system in 2 mouths ago brand new broke down stopped working in middle of the night called them 8am said they send someone out 1pm called they said we were next in line 5pm called them back they said again were next now 630 pm technician called he will be another hour and a half that will be 12 hrs waiting and not knowing how long it will take if they even show up not happy so far with my new system or heating company if this is the start of the product not so confident will have to see it all ready boug... read more
Don’t use this company, did a routine heater maintenance and messed up my heating system! Use the company that installed your heating system!!!!
Came to house said my coil was bad , told me they don’t fix or replace coils . I said what does he recommend and he said replace entire system for $8,000 to $12,000 . I said if you don’t fix AC UNITS THEN WHY COME OUT AND CHARGE ME $70 dollars knowing you don’t fix ac units , only replace them. He stated his boss told him there is a shortage on ac parts so don’t fix anything, just tell them to get a new system!!!
