It was terrible, very poor customer service, wouldn't return calls, after still having problems, replaced a part, with an obsolete part. After 5 days without heat I had two other company's come in and give me a second and third opinion..both said the same thing. They found things done the wrong way when initially installed. So if you want poor customer service this is the company for you.
I have personally had very good luck with Harris Heating over the years. I was a little concerned when I heard Dewey retired but when my furnace went cold recently, Jeremy was awesome! Very conscientious and attentive.
This guy knows his stuff, highly recommended.
