We were very pleased with our service with Harris. Professional company that was fast and efficient installing our new units.We like the fact that we were showed the problem and not just going by what they said.Alot of Companies that everyone deals with don't always show you the problem you just go on what they say.I would recommend Harris to anyone that needs assistance with there Heat/Air.
I’m a customer of 20+ years. Harris is excellent in every way.
I have used Harris for over 10 years, and they have always been professional, clean, friendly, and on time. They have gone above and beyond for me more than once, including last summer when my AC went out during a heat wave. A new motor had to be ordered and would take a few days, and instead of leaving me to wait with no AC, they went back to their shop, found an old motor that would work temporarily, and kept my house cool until the new part arrived. I highly recommend them!
Harris charged me a fair price and found a great configuration for my situation (I was switching from floor ducts to attic ducts). The owner even stayed 30min after install at end of day to wait for the electrician to come back and add a breaker so I could start my furnace. Harris answered all my questions, and they were able to complete the job with a pretty tight turnaround. Highly recommend.
The Harris crew replaced my HVAC system. Their service was top-notch from start to finish. Very knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Timely and left the area clean as a whistle. Highly recommend!
