Sept 24 2025 - Very professional and polite techs. This is my 3rd time using Harris Heat & Air. My air went out sometime between 2 and 6:30 pm on Sept 23. It was 81 degrees in my house. I called Harris Heat & Air and they were here the next day. The guys got my A/C going and while I may have to get a new unit, Corey was thorough in giving me all options and promised to do research to try to save me money if he can repair the unit versus replacing it. Thanks Billy and Corey for today’s help.
Had to share another review. After fixing a problem another one occurred and they came out and fixed the issue with the air ducts and we are back in the game. A/C is back to normal. Thanks guys. You rock
I had a water leak that plumbers couldn't find. They came very quickly and didn't stop till they found the leak. They were very helpful, courteous, and explained everything in detail of what happened. I definitely would use them again
