took wayyyyyyyyyy too long for a doctor to call us. I came here mon my day off, two hours passed with few people being seen. This place was anything but urgent

Pleasantly surprised by the well organized and executed system and upgraded facilities. The staff is very accommodating and I actually felt better taken care of then the places I had previously been seen that milked me and my insurance for 100's of thousands if dollars. They have done.more for me in two visits than I received in years under the private systems. Kudos to the Harris County system for actually trying to improve the Healthcare for those in need.
