The staff are good at their jobs & nice, but their system patient scheduling & waiting times in the center needs to improve drastically. Wait times are the longest (a least 45 mins to 1 hr) compared to Acres Home & El France Lee Harris Health Centers which is approximately 5 mins.
This is the second Harris Health clinic that has cancelled the appointment the day of with no regard for wasting patients time. Unprofessional and inconsiderate at a minimum.
They're always professional, efficient, empathetic, and attentive when I go there.
I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The young lady at the front office Carmen was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made the process so much easier and took the time to help me with everything I needed. I was also very impressed with Dr. Ngoc K. Phan. She was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the excellent service and the way everyone treated me with kindness and respect.
