the overall experience was disappointing. I waited for more than an hour, which is completely unacceptable without a reasonable explanation or update. Even more disappointing was the behavior of the security lady sitting near the wall. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward patients. The doctor deserves five stars, but the long wait and the unprofessional attitude from the security staff significantly affected my experience.
