Would give zero stars if I could. I would never recommend renting from Karen and Gary Harris. My experience was incredibly frustrating from beginning to end. Shortly after moving in, we started dealing with a cockroach infestation that appeared to have spread from a neighboring property. I reported the issue multiple times, but instead of taking responsibility, I was told I would have to pay to have the unit sprayed. Karen and Gary Harris are amazing people. I have been renting from them for a few years now and the communication we have is excellent and she responds right away especially if there is a problem that needs attention. They keep their properties very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting from them. Karen will work with you if you have a problem, she is very kind and such a sweet person.
Karen and Gary are the most caring and attentive people you can meet. I've not once, ever had a negative experience with them. If anything breaks down, they have it repaired or replaced immediately. I wish that every business had their standard of customer service!! Thank you Harris Development!
Have rented from Harris’s for years! Honest people! They take very good care of their renters!
We rented from them a few years ago. I knew that the property was very well taken care of. They were quick to answer my questions and calls and they were so helpful whenever we needed assistance! I would rent from them again.
