Walked in at 7:30pm on this Saturday evening, stood in line and waited and waited for service . Not enough people working, when they got to us the man ahead of us took a slab of ribs, beef ribs, then the server asked what do you want? Ribs of course! No got moreall out. So their out of meat at 7:30.??? That's no way to run a restaurant
Food was great as always. Have eaten at HCS for 25 years when I first visited the Hwy 6 location. But today at Tomball location service was attrocious. I placed a breakfast order at 12:29 today and it did not come to the table until 12:48, nineteen minutes later. Why did it take so long to cook eggs and meat. When it was delivered I mentioned this to the service person and said this was way too long. I asked for the manager and he said that it was him.
