Fui a solicitar solamente el reemplazo de mi tarjeta, me dijeron que no podían atenderme el mismo día y que demorarían 2-3 días en procesar todo. La verdad las dos personas que estuvieron el día de hoy me hicieron sentir muy mal porque hasta alzaron su voz cuando les expliqué que ya había realizado el trámite anteriormente y había sido sencillo.

Love this place. Without doubt it is my favorite wic office I’ve ever been to! Everyone is super friendly and kind specially Ms Rosa. I am very thankful for these beautiful hard working ladies
This is one of the worse wic office I’ve been to in Houston. The employee went to lunch in the middle of my appointment so I had to wait almost 2 hours. They also renewed my babies formula to a formula she is allergic to and gave me the biggest run around after getting a new rx from the doctor. They never said you have to make an appointment and when i came back instead of helping me they made me sit and wait over 30 minutes for “my appointment time”.
